Short Statement: This request is a revision of a currently approved collection. The revision is needed to correct errors detected on the currently approved collection. Since only a fraction of the approved collection was impacted by the policy changes, only four of the forms needed to be updated. HUD 50143 is replacing HUD-50113. The reason for the change is that ONAP is preparing to publish a PIH Notice, and the current form, HUD-50113, which is used a dozen times a day has been deemed by OGC to be noncompliant with NEPA Laws.
