Military Compensation and Retirement Survey

Dear Retired Service Member,
As you may have heard, we at the Military Compensation and Retirement Modernization Commission
are reviewing Uniformed Services pay and benefit programs. We’ve been tasked to make
recommendations for their modernization to the President and Congress next year. But before we do,
we very much want input from you and other Service members on current pay and benefit programs.
Below is a link to a survey of Service member satisfaction and preferences, along with instructions for
logging into the survey. Responding to this survey is the best way to ensure your opinions are
considered. Your voluntary input is very important to us and will remain strictly confidential.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this very important survey and helping to ensure your pay
and benefit package meets your needs.
Sincerely,
Alphonso Maldon, Jr.
Chairman
Military Compensation and Retirement Modernization Commission
