Short Statement: There was a program increase of 632 hours to account for applicants who submitted an index-based weather insurance product, but a decrease of 9,519 burden hours due to the removal of requirements that submitters must prepare a separate actuarial and legal review of the submission. The net result of these two actions was a burden decrease of -8,887 hours.
