The purpose of this collection is to
amend regulations and allow the import of fresh pitaya fruit from
Central America into the continental United States.
There is a program change in
burden hours from 122 to 287, totaling an increase of 165 hours.
There is also a program change in the number of responses from 141
to 100,148, totaling an increase of 100,007 annual responses. The
number of respondents stayed the same, 27, however, the increase in
responses and burden hours is due to the addition of production
site registrations and box markings in this collection. These two
entries were inadvertently omitted in the last information
collection package.
