Abstract: Under the Paperwork Reduction Act, this general clearance collection would request assessment comments from local, state, tribal, and federal law enforcement agencies that participate in the FBI UCR Program in order to ensure that requested data can be provided in the desired format, reporting burden is minimized, collection instruments are clearly understood, and the impact of collection requirements on respondents can be properly assessed.
