Customer Facing Title: “Thank you for contacting the Department of Labor” – Internal Title: DOL Customer Relationship Management Feedback Survey


PURPOSE:

The DOL Customer Service Program Office has prepared an external customer survey associated with the Cloud Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Pilot. The purpose is for the survey to be distributed to external customers who have submitted a CRM Inquiry to one of the pilot agencies (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), Wage and Hour Division (WHD), or the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)) to gauge the impact of the CRM on the customer service experience. The results of the customer satisfaction survey will inform the analysis phase of the project and support decisions as to how adjustments and enhancements should be addressed to better serve the public in upcoming phases of the project.




DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:

Respondents of the survey will have formally submitted and inquiry to one of the three pilot agencies (OFCCP, OSHA, WHD). A survey will be distributed to the customers who have had their inquiry addressed within 1-3 business days of closure.

Part of the Cloud Customer Relationship Management Pilot is to collect customer names and emails for inquiries submitted via the web portal for our pilot agencies (OFCCP, WHD, OSHA), therefore as inquiries are addressed in the system, a customer list is auto generated and surveys will be distributed to customers who have had their inquiry closed out within 1-3 business days.
