Short Statement: Based on an assessment of the number of projects endorsed under various sections of the Act over the last three years, HUD estimates there will be approximately 1950 respondents required to submit form HUD-92330 once the project is completed. This large increase is a reflection of the economic tides over the last years in which HUD played a major financial source of funding in the housing industry.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
