PURPOSE: To obtain information regarding how satisfied individuals are who contact the Corporation for National and Community Service’s National Service hotline.


DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS: General public, grantees (nonprofit agencies; state, local and tribal governments), CNCS staff, and AmeriCorps members and alumni.
