Dear X,
The Office of The Associate Director for Communication and the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is conducting an assessment of the agency’s emergency risk communication performance during the ongoing Ebola outbreak. We are contacting key CDC partners to gather feedback on the risk communication support that your organization has received from the CDC over the course of this response.
We’d like to schedule a telephone interview with you to get your perspective on the extent to which CDC has supported you in achieving your communication goals, and hear your suggestions for ways in which the agency can better support you going forward. The interview would be conducted by phone and last not more than 45 minutes.
We realize your schedule is full and your time is valuable, so any insights you can offer will be greatly appreciated. If you can participate in the interview, please click the link below to indicate what day/time would be most convenient for you. The Oak Ridge Associated Universities is assisting CDC in this assessment, and you’ll be contacted by a member of their staff to confirm the day and time of your interview.
