Short Statement: There has been a slight increase in the number of facilities reporting to TRI. The Administrative Stay of the TRI reporting for hydrogen sulfide was lifted on Oct. 17, 2011, which has led to an increase in submissions. The addition of the o-Nitrotoluene Rule has led to an increase in reporting.
