This Appendix contains copies of the invitations that will be used to invite respondents to complete the survey.

[PIRE/COMPARISON PROGRAM]: This text is used as a placeholder in the invitations for Principal/co-Principal Investigators, Postdoctoral and Graduate Student Participants. For respondents in the PIRE group, the program name, Partnerships for International Research and Education and acronym PIRE will be displayed. For respondents in the comparison group, the official NSF program name and acronym will be used. For example, if a respondent participated in the Hazard Mitigation and Structural Engineering program, this program name and its acronym, HMSE, would appear.
