Part A, page 8. Change Statistics Division to Methodology Division. NASS recently reorganized.
Part B, page 2. Does the design take into consideration the five study areas or are inferences needed for the five study areas? I assume the study areas are geographical related and that the county sort provides a good representation of the five regions. However, if inferences are needed by study area and they vary greatly in the number of NAP participants a small area may not have sufficient sample size.
