The Administration for Community
Living (ACL) requires grantees funded under Title III of the Older
Americans Act to report semiannually on the financial status of
their projects. The supplemental form of the financial status
report (SF-269) provides an understanding of how projects are being
administered, in conformance with legislative requirements,
pertinent Federal regulations and other applicable instructions and
guidelines by ACL.

USC 3021 Name of Law: Programs for Older Americans
Since the last clearance, the
form has been updated to create efficiencies in grantee reporting
and review by the ACL. All information collected on the current
form was previously collected, the information is arranged
differently to assist grantees in completing the form correctly.
The financial status report is now semi-annual. This has increased
the burden hours.
