Abstract: 49 USC Section 44718 states that the Secretary of Transportation shall require notice of structures that may affect navigable airspace, air commerce, or air capacity. These notice requirements are contained in 14 CFR Part 77. The information is collected via FAA forms 7460-1 and 7460-2.

Short Statement: As indicated in the response to question 12, there has been a steady annual increase in public response since the beginning of this collection. This has resulted in an increase in the overall annual time burden. Also the cost of purchasing a Quadrangle map has been included.
