Abstract: The Commission's Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, MB Docket Nos. 12-108, 12-107, FCC 13-138, adopts rules implementing portions of the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010 (the CVAA) related to the accessibility of digital apparatus and navigation devices used to view video programming.
