Abstract: Rule 30b1-7 will require investment companies regulated as money market funds under rule 2a-7 of the Investment Company Act to file with the Commission a monthly report of porfolio holdings no later than the second business day of each month. Form N-MFP is the form that sets forth the portfolio holdings information required to be provided under rule 30b1-7.

The changes in burden hours and external cost burdens are due to the Commission's estimates of the time costs and external costs that will result from our amendments.
