There is an adjustment decrease
of -18 respondents decreasing from 150 to 132 and -90 annual
responses decreasing from 1,000 to 910 resulting in a decrease of
-18 total burden hours decreasing from 200 to 182 hours. The
decrease is due to APHIS declaring several additional regions
(notably 14 States in Brazil) as free of FMD, and thus no longer
subject to Section 94.1(c) of the CFR.
