Short Statement: The number of participants decreased by 145,076 (211186-66,110), and as result the total burden hours decreased by 24,264 (35,266-11,002). The burden hours have decreased due to a provision in the 2014 Farm Bill exempted some programs from being subject to the Paperwork Reduction Act.
