To ensure that the Agency can be
inclusive of, and responsive to, stakeholder concerns during the
development, assessment, and monitoring of National Forest System
Land Management Plans, the Forest Service seeks to obtain OMB
approval of a generic clearance to collect both quantitative and
qualitative information by means of various methods to facilitate
the fullest public participation and input possible.
