The collection
is approved for 6 months only. Because it was an ICR in use without
an existing OMB control number, it should be listed as a violation
in this year's Information Collection Request (ICB). Should DOD
want to use this collection for longer than 6 months, the
Department must resubmit the collection in 6 months.
