Changing Regulations
DFARS Final Rule 2014-D013 deleted clause 252.204-7001 as a result of a FAR Final Rule 2012-024. FAR rule and clause 52.204-18 are effective November 1, 2014, which rendered the DFARS coverage as duplicative. FAR 52.204-18 now requires use of the DD Form 2051, not DFARS.
