Purpose of this Submission: The Commission is seeking a non-substantive change request for this collection to change the filing procedures for FCC ARMIS Report 43-08.
Summary of Proposed Filing Procedures
Filing System: Carriers will submit ARMIS Report 43-08 through the Internet via the FCC’s Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS) rather than through the Electronic ARMIS Filing System (EAFS).
The burden hours and cost are not impacted by this change request.
The supporting statement has been updated to reflect the new filing system.
