The Commission is reporting
adjustments to this information collection since the last
submission to OMB. There are adjustments to the total annual burden
hours which have decreased from 1,715 to 392 (-1,323) because
carriers now file on a consolidated basis at the holding
company/affiliated carrier group level rather than as individual
operating companies and because of forbearance from a large part of
the reporting requirements. In addition, we expect that the burden
hours have decreased due to automating the process that filing
entities use to obtain the information. No program changes are
being reported to this information collection.
