To identify barriers and facilitators
to program participation by sponsors, sites, and eligible children.
It will use it to determine future changes in SFSP policy to
improve program participation, operations and outcomes needed to
address circumstances that may have changed since the last
evaluation of the program in 2010.
FNS estimates that this change
request will reduce the responses for this collection by -5,116
responses, from 12,242 to 7,126 responses per year. This is due to
an increase of 108 responses from program changes and a reduction
of 5,224 responses due to administrative adjustments
(miscalculation of total sponsor/site responses and non-respondent
revised estimates). FNS estimates that the burden will increase by
337 hours, from 2,636 to 2,973 hours per year. This is due to an
increase of 339 hours due to a program change which offsets a
decrease of -2 hours due to an administrative adjustment (due to
non-respondent revised estimates).
