Under 26 USC 5841. ATF requires State and local government entities wishing to register an abandoned or seized and previously unregistered National Firearms Act weapon to complete ATF F 10 The form is required whenever application for such a registration is made. The information properly identifies the registrant and the firearms to be registered.
