We recently contacted you to complete an assessment of your current level of radiation emergency preparedness. For those of you who completed the assessment, thank you! You can delete this email reminder. For those who have not completed the assessment, your input is very important to us. The purpose of this assessment is to gather information about the current level of radiation emergency preparedness among state, territorial, tribal and local governments. In addition, CDC would like to receive feedback about some of their CDC Radiation Studies Branch (RSB) products (i.e. educational materials, planning aids, training products, and guides). Your input will help the CDC Radiation Studies Branch (RSB) to provide the most needed and useful content in radiation emergency planning materials.

Our collaborating company, Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU), has made the web assessment available on a secured website and will compile the results for the RSB project.

 

Your participation is voluntary. It will take no more than 20 minutes to complete the assessment.
