This is a reminder that you have until the end of the day tomorrow, xx/xx, to provide your input regarding the CDC’s Health and Academic Achievement Translation tools and the updated School Health Index.
We would like to invite school health coordinators to participate in an assessment that will take approximately 11 minutes. Your feedback is valuable and will be used to refine our school health products so as to better meet your needs.
Even if you have not used the Health and Academic Achievement Translation tools and the updated School Health Index in your work with local education agencies, we are looking to hear from you.
