This is a reminder that you have until the end of the day tomorrow, xx/xx, to provide your input regarding the Comprehensive School Physical Activity Program Guide, Health Education Curriculum Analysis Tool, Parents for Healthy Schools Guide, and School Health Guidelines to Promote Healthy Eating and Physical Activity.
We have invited state public health and education professionals like yourself to participate in an assessment that will take approximately 25 minutes. Your feedback is valuable and will be used to refine our school health products so as to better meet your needs.
Even if you have not used any of the tools in your work, we are looking to hear from you.
