Thank you for participating in the telephone interview for the assessment of Best Practices for Comprehensive Tobacco Control Programs–2014. The information collected from this assessment will be used to inform decision making aimed at improving the next edition of Best Practices to increase its utility and application among state tobacco control programs. Your participation will ensure that your state’s experiences are considered during the development of the next edition of the guide.

We expect to complete data analysis by [DATE], at which time we will be happy to share preliminary, aggregate results of the assessment findings. Once the evaluation report is completed, we will plan opportunities to disseminate results with all assessment participants.
