Short Statement: The previous burden numbers reported were based on payments. Individual agencies are paid multiple times. The number of responses that shows reported in the system for the prior reporting period should have been 5,000 instead of 50,000. Data that was recently made available allowed us to further break out the numbers and to account for agencies that filed the forms multiple times.
