This survey is about electronic device distraction in the railroad industry. The information you provide will be used
collaboratively by the Railroad Safety Advisory Committee to improve safety by minimizing electronic device distraction.
This survey is completely anonymous and it is impossible for your responses to be traced back to you.
When we say “electronic device” we mean anything (personal and/or company issued) with a keyboard, screen,
microphone or speaker. Examples are cell phones, smartphones, tablets, computers, game consoles, music and video
players, etc.
