Abstract: The purpose of this revision is to remove the information collection requirements that are contained under Section 24.114 from OMB control number 3060-1013 since they were consolidated into collection 3060-0678. Orbital debris consists of artificial objects orbiting the Earth that are not functional spacecraft. Debris mitigation plans will help preserve the United States' continued affordable access to space, the continued provision of reliable U.S. experimental and amateur services.
