The agencies have identified two
sections of the policy statement that fall under the definition of
an information collection: Sec. 14 (strategic planning and
budgeting) and Sec. 20 (liquidity reporting).
US Code:
12
USC 1751 Name of Law: Federal Credit Union Act
NCUA changed the definition of
Large, Medium, and Small Credit Unions, therefore reducing the
number of ICs from 6 to 3, however increasing the number of
respondents for each category of large, medium, and small credit
union. Although, it seems to be an increase in burden overall there
was a reduction in burden, since the policy should be already in
place, so there is no need to create but only maintain a
policy.
