Short Statement: There is a decrease in respondents from 20,352 to 17,140 in this Information Collection based on improved data analysis. There is an adjustment in declarations of +93,237 responses resulting in an adjustment of +48,173 total burden hours. Although there are less respondents due to improvements in data analysis, they are more declarations per respondent which are due to an increase in trade.
