The collection is designed to continuously assess the satisfaction and outcomes of assistance provided through OVC TTAC for both monitoring and accountability purposes to continuously meet the needs of the victim services field. OVC TTAC will give these forms to recipients of online training and technical assistance and participants in online and in-person focus groups. This change replaces the material form with an updated form that has 2 fewer questions and is expected to be completed by 500 people which is 400 more than previously expected.

This change affects the materials form. The materials form has been updated and some questions have been eliminated. The increase in the burden is due to the respondent pool changing. It is for a different audience. The first one was for downloadable curricula on the website, whereas this form is more encompassing for a variety of documents and we project more people will use these materials than the ones we previously designed the first form for.
