Respondents are owners or operators of kraft, soda, sulfite, and stand-alone semichemical pulp mills and must submit notification and reports and maintain records required by the general provisions (40 CFR Part 63, Subpart A). Recordkeeping of parameters related to process and air pollution control techno- logies is required. The reports and records will be used to demonstrate compliance with the applicable emission limits and/or standards.
