Abstract: In support of the Unemployment Insurance statutory and regulatory requirements, ETA 581 provides quarterly data on State agencies' volume and performance in wage processing, promptness of liable employer registration, timeliness of filing contribution and wage reports, extent of tax delinquency, and results of the field audit program.
