Abstract: The FCC has developed a new FCC Form 422-IB to facilitate the Commission's goal to implement electronic filing of the form and to accommodate any changes to the form in the future. International broadcasters will file the FCC Form 422-1B in lieu of the "Appication for Renewal of an International or Experimental Broadcast Station License," (FCC Form 311). The Commission is submitting this non-substantive change request to OMB for approval. Please see the justification for the change request which is attached.
