The Self-Monitoring Questionnaire is submitted on an annual basis by all active OPIC projects to demonstrate compliance with economic, enviornmental and labor rights policies. A secondary reason is to demonstrate and measure the impact of OPIC's investment in develping markets.

There is a 3% increase inthe estimate of overall respondents which increases the total annual burden amount. The burden per response remains unchanged.
