This is a revision of a
currently approved collection. Adjustments: Our estimates for the
number of respondents requesting an administrative review are
subject to change in each FY as the number of aggrieved retailers
fluctuates. The current burden inventory is 183 burden hours
reported was based on data from FY 2011. This submission utilized
FY 2014 data to establish a more accurate account for this
collection. The total number of respondents (Business) has
increased. The current collection was based on 897 respondents.
This revision anticipates approximately 1,459 respondents. This is
an increase of 562 due to program adjustments. As a result of
increase in the number of respondents requesting for administrative
reviews, the number of administrative reviews has also increased,
from the current 1,076.4 annual response to revised 1,750.80 annual
responses and increase of 674.40 responses annually. The burden
hours also increased from 183 to 297.6, rounded to 298 burden hours
an increase of 115 burden hours.
