Short Statement: This is a revision of a currently approved collection. As a result of respondents requesting for administrative reviews increased, the burden hours also increased by 63 hours from 120 to 183 burden hours. In addition the number of respondents increased from 589 to 707 an increase of 308 aggrieved retailers who requested administrative review is attributed to this adjustment.
