Abstract: Section 4214(c) of the 2014 Agriculture Appropriations Act calls for the Secretary of Agriculture to evaluate the CFD pilot project of the FFVP to address the impact of giving low-income elementary schools greater flexibility to offer CFD fruits and vegetables in addition to fresh produce in School Year 2014-15. FNS is requesting a non-substantive change to add incentives for the school-level respondents participating in the qualitative stakeholder interviews for the FFVP-CFD pilot evaluation. This change does not affect the burden hours for the collection.
