Abstract: The goal of this annual survey is to systematically collect information about the implementation of program activities from each of the 29 CRCCP awardees. We will be using descriptive statistics to produce grantee reports for use by CDC for program management and technical assistance planning, as well as for the grantees' own program improvement.
