I see absolutely no need for approval for 3 years. one years survey is more than enough to get information. cdc is looking to misspend our American tax dollars. we need cheaper govt, not this endless scamming of taxpayers for eternal jobs by those working for cdc. cdc shows asmuch ineptitude in managing American tax dollars as it does in handling anthrax. this comment is for the public record. please receipt.
