The BLM is proposing to sponsor visitor use surveys for the St. Anthony Sand Dunes , an area which is managed by the Upper Snake Field Office, Idaho. This collection of information will enable the BLM to develop a plan for the St. Anthony Sand Dunes to respond to problems and protect natural and cultural resources.
