Abstract: In defining performance measures for serious injuries, FHWA seeks to define serious injuries in a manner that would provide for a uniform definition for national reporting in this performance area, as required by MAP-21. FHWA will be conducting interviews with State Traffic Reporting Coordinators to gather best practice information.
