HUD is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the information collection described below. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act, HUD is requesting comment from all interested parties on the proposed collection of information. The purpose of the notice is to allow for 60 days of public comment.
This automated information collection has decreased burden hours and the cost of this information collection. The revisions include systems upgrades to the Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS), the Office of Community Planning and Development's (CPD) grants management system, which allow for electronic submission of Consolidated Plans, as well as a redesigned submission template
