Short Statement: To obtain the EDGAR access codes required to make a filing on EDGAR, including a Form 1-A filing, issuers will need to file a Form ID. The amendments to Regulation A do not change Form ID itself, but we estimate that the approximately 188 issuers relying on amended Regulation A and filing Form ID annually will increase the current paperwork burden under Form ID from 5488.5 hours to 5516.7 hours, an increase of 28.2 hours.
