Thank you for submitting the Application for Review of the
Drugged Driving Reporting System Project. I have
received and reviewed the Pilot Study Consent Form, the
Cognitive Interview Protocol and the final version of the
Drugged Driving Survey. Given the anonymous nature of
the survey, no Informed Consent will be required of survey
respondents. In addition, I received and reviewed the
resumes of Richard Landis, Fran Basche and Erica Ostlie.
This project was subjected to an expedited review.
I am pleased to be able to approve the project on behalf of
the AHP IRB. The project will require a Continuing Review
to be scheduled in March, 2015.
