On July 21, 2014 President Obama
signed Executive Order 13672 entitled Further Amendments to
Executive Order 11478, Equal Employment Opportunity in the Federal
Government and Executive Order 11246, Equal Employment Opportunity.
The Executive Order amended Executive Order 11246 and directed the
Secretary of Labor to prepare regulations to implement the
requirements within 90 days of the date of the order. This
information collection request supports the final rule implementing
Executive Order 13672.
